While we’re waiting for that to come out, we want to direct you to these cool resources for making whatever you do, better.

There are dozens of things we could list in each category, but here are just a few to get you started:

TERRIFIC BIG IDEA PRESENTATIONS

TEDTM is a great organization that promotes “Ideas worth spreading.” Their website has hundreds of talks archived, all under 20 minutes, on topics useful to every walk of life. We like them for their content – check out Elizabeth Gilbert’s talk on Genius:

PAINLESS MEDITATION

The research on the benefits of meditation is irrefutable: it makes a difference not just to the quality of your life, but to the biology of your brain. It makes you more resilient and nimble on all levels. But most people have a hard time with meditation. They can’t find the time, or they can’t “still” their mind enough to get the benefits.
